Our Plan 6....Unique, Beautiful, Flexible







It’s “countdown” at Trinity Park!

This week was a busy week. We had three buyers looking to buy our beautiful Plan 4 model home. Our lucky buyer is moving to Sunnyvale because they feel it will be a nice place to start their family. They loved the floor plan and are very happy with the quality of our schools. With only two homes available, now is a perfect time to visit us.

Last Chance to Buy at Trinity Park!





Wow, it is hard to believe it has been just under a year that we opened our doors and began selling what has turned out to be one of the fastest-selling communities in the Bay Area. Sterling Park Customer Appreciation Day







The weather was perfect and we had over 55 homeowners and future homeowners gather in our Plan 10 model home yesterday for great food, great fun and a chance to meet their current neighbors and future neighbors. They came hungry and left very satisfied. The children enjoyed playing in the large onsite park across from the Model and it lasted for over three hours. Some homeowners are now trying to find friends and family that they can recommend to buy a home here and take advantage of our "Refer a Friend" program that will put $5000 in their pocket, once that friend closes escrow on one of our remaining homes.
We are down to just one Single Family Home and a few remaining Townhomes left. Our remaining phases of Condominiums will be released late Spring/early Summer, so keep an eye out for the announcement.
